Questions you may have

• In person appointments are available at Balgowlah & Freshwater (Sydney’s Northern Beaches), with all other appointments conducted via Zoom. Appointments are 60 mins duration.  However, please allow for a longer appointment when we first meet. 

• A referral or a GP Mental Health Care Plan is not required to access these support services. You can call or email me directly to discuss your needs and to assess whether this is the right avenue of support for you. 

• The Medicare mental health access rebate is not currently available for counselling services.

  • Individual Session - $220 for 60 minute session

  • Couple or Family Session - $250 for 60 minute session

  • Consulting, speaking and training - please contact Órlaith to discuss your specific requirements

• Payment can be made by bank transfer on receipt of invoice.  All fees are in Australian dollars.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - It is understandable that things arise, and circumstances change.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, notification is required.  If notice is given within less than 24 hours, there is no notice given, or you do not show for your appointment, the full fee is charged as the space is no longer an option for other people who may wish to access the service and support.  I do have a list in wait of a cancellation appointment time; therefore, your advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
