You are welcome to contact me directly.

In-person appointments are available each week in Balgowlah on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Sydney CBD. All other appointments are conducted via Zoom Professional.

Priority appointments are available if you are experiencing sudden unexpected grief, pregnancy loss or during fertility treatment.

New appointments available from 3rd February 2026.

Tuesday to Friday each week;

  • Tuesday - Dynamic Wellness Hub, L1/Suite1, 357 Sydney Rd, Balgowlah

  • Wednesday - Wellshare, Dymock’s Building, L5/Suite1, 428 George St, Sydney CBD - (evening appointments available)

  • Thursday - L1/Suite4, 294 Sydney Rd, Balgowlah - (evening appointments available)

  • Friday - Online

OS Counselling is not a crisis service and operates during the practice days above and by appointment only.
